About Us

Based in Wallingford, Connecticut, Sterling Forge Casting is a team of engineers, makers, and designers with over a decade of experience in fine jewelry manufacturing. We created Sterling Forge to bridge the gap between jewelry design and manufacturing, making the process faster, more precise, and easier to navigate. By combining traditional craftsmanship with modern tools like CAD and 3D printing, we help turn designs into high-quality castings that are ready for the bench.

Built for the Jewelry Trade
Sterling Forge Casting serves jewelry professionals and students exclusively. Our manufacturing services are not available to the general public.

Speed. Quality. Transparency.
We believe professional manufacturing should be straightforward. That means fast, dependable turnaround, uncompromising quality, clear communication, and transparent pricing, so you know what to expect, what it will cost, and when it will be ready.

More than a casting service, Sterling Forge Casting is your production partner. We combine technology, craftsmanship, and experience to give jewelers the support they need to bring their designs to life with confidence.

Han - cofounder
Operations
Han has spent more than a decade working hands-on in the jewelry trade, with experience in casting, bench work, and stone setting. Combined with his engineering background, that experience gives him a practical understanding of the entire process, from a model on the screen to a finished piece at the bench.

Having worked on both sides of the casting process, Han understands how much the small details matter. A good casting doesn’t just look good out of the flask. It should make the jeweler’s job easier when it comes time to clean, assemble, set, and finish the piece.

That perspective is at the heart of Sterling Forge Casting: careful work, practical problem-solving, and castings made with an understanding of what happens next at the bench.
